Orange Israel was the former brand name of Partner Communications Company Ltd., an Israeli mobile network operator. It operated under the Orange brand (licensed from Orange S.A.) from its launch in 1999 until 2016. Founded in 1999 by Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited, Elbit Systems, and Eurocom, with initial shareholders including MATAV and Polar Communications.
